Fall Camping

FALL FESTIVAL CAMPING!

WE have had amazing fall weather. We took advantage of the weather while camping last weekend...usually sweat-shirts and jeans are in order for FALL camping, but not for this weekend...swim-suits!!! Not to often you get swimming pictures and turning leafs in the same photo! ;-) Note BLOND kids in the middle of the wagon....and camper on right...just behind the tractor driver...thats our place...even my beach cruiser bike in the photo! Kids in the pink suit and green suit belong to us! The picture with the RED trees is for Terry!

Hopefully the Hepting gang is busy laying around and sharing lots of laughs! We are thinking about you all........Gary and Cindy it was good "seeing you" on the steps last night!!! :-)

Why Holden Beach????????

Need to explain the previous post a bit.....Grandma and Grandpa Insley and ALL of the rest of the "Hepting" crowd are enroute to our FAVORITE BEACH - WITHOUT us!!!! How could they and why would they we'll never know......the airline tickets for our surprise flight to Wilmington never arrived...we just "knew" they would want us there...guess not!?!?!??! Anyhow this weeks posts will be dedicated to Holden Beach...and hopefully will serve purpose in them WISHING we WERE there with them! :-)

Late summer fun.....

It took us a while to get our boat out of storage this summer BUT September does provide some AWESOME boating weather, almost BETTER than June cause of water temps...water still low 70's - which for some of you is HORRIBLY cold, but to us Michigan people is WARM! Kids had a ball this weekend!

BAND...........the trumpet has been sounding in our home!?!? OH NO!!! I thought beginner piano was scary................off we go to bring Annie to her first band practice!

School begins

WOW...kids are in 5th and 3rd grade already, where does the time go!

We are thankful for their health and growth but sad to see the elementary years FLYING by! :-)
